The robot is made for rugged outdoor use with GPS and a strong wireless rage of up to 2 km line-of-sight. There are options to also use it indoors with SLAM based algorithms.

“Santhosh is a brilliant mind - his meticulous work ethic supplementing his incisive intellect. Working with me at a time when I was just starting research on submersible robotics, Santhosh built everything from the scratch, including simulation and analytical tools, experimental rigs and robots - developing our very first bio-inspired underwater robot 'Duli'. Several original journal/ proceedings publications detail the extraordinary physical understanding he developed, perhaps showing for the first time why certain aquatic species such as dolphins have the kinds of pectoral fins they have!
